So, what's wrong
with this picture?

As in the stories above, the Lean Institute at OU teaches you how to see through the norm. You'll gain new perspectives on how to run your organization at every level in just a few courses.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality interdisciplinary education for those seeking enterprise-wide transformation through dynamic, focused, professional training.

See what we see

Going through this training changes the way you see business organization. You're still working with all the same pieces; you just suddenly see a better way for them to fit together. You'll make the kinds of improvements to your business that, after the fact, will seem like they were staring you in the face for years without noticing.

How We See It

We teach you a combination of Lean and Six Sigma. In general, they help you eliminate waste, improve decision making and manage your supplies. But the best part is — we tailor the program to you. We assess your situation and teach what we think you need to know from each program.

Programs

We offer a variety of courses tailored to your needs. They combine Lean and Six Sigma techniques as appropriate for solving your organization's unique issues. Our programs range from lectures to continuous training and certifications.
